About the Role
This is a dynamic, hybrid role that touches all aspects of the business. It is a full sales cycle role that is a unique combination of business development, sales and customer success. Your goal will be to drive revenue through hunting for new clients, supplemented by inbound leads and an existing book of business. You’ll also act as a consultant to your existing clients, helping to grow their business through outstanding packaging.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: You have mastered the strategy and speed of a star Business Development Representative and lead generator. You are ready to use that knowledge to take on the AE role and form longer lasting relationships with clients. Experience in packaging, printing or the food industry is a bonus.
- Self motivated: You have a strong bias towards action balanced with strategy. You’re hungry, driven & great at setting goals and have a track record of achieving them.
- Resourceful: You’re excited to get creative, build better systems, processes & are willing to take risks.
- Curious & loves education: You want to coach and empower your clients to achieve their branding & packaging goals and teach them about how important branded packaging is to their success.
- Adaptable, flexible & agile: You love that every day, every client, every product will be different at Georgette. Every deal is full of nuance and personalization - working outside the box, while still respecting the necessary systems, is where you live.

Starting Base Pay Range: $48,000 - $54,000 CAD
OTE: $65,000-$75,000 in year one ; $75,000 - $100,000 in year two and unlimited growth from there
